Hi @ChadThomas-5845,
What did you real mean? Did you want to uninstall SSMS 18.9.1, then install SSMS 18.6? Or the SSMS 18.9.1 reverted to SSMS 18.6 automatically?
By the way, SSMS 18.9.2 is the latest version, suggest you use it.
I need some help figuring out what to tell them.
Telling what? And what's the real issue here?
Hi.
The issue went away after an update to VS2022 but returned sometime after updating either VS2022 or SSMS to 18.11.1, I can't tell as they were too close together.
After a reboot, SSMS reverts to 18.6 automatically and when it runs, it displays an error message. I'll have to dig up the details since to do my work I have to "repair" it.
