SCOM2019 - Monitor SQL Error log of SQL2017 instances

Hi
Our 2-node Win2019 cluster hosts 3 x SQL2017 instances configured in FCI (Failover Cluster Instance).

My SCOM admin nicely configured the monitoring of the SQL error log files at the node level because he could not do at the database instance level in SCOM. When an error occurs in one particular SQL instance, I receive SCOM alerts coming from all the SQL instances which does not help me to locate where the error is coming from.

How can we configure SCOM to monitor SQL errors and received alerts from the concerned SQL instance?

Is there any documentation for that? I spent time on the great Kevin Holman's blog without luck.

Thanks for your help,
Vincent
