Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Are you simply migrating mailboxes that are used by IMAP clients? And is the migration moving from one AD forest/domain to another AD forest/migration?

IMAP is a client protocol, there's not a lot to do on the server side except allow the users to use IMAP.

More detail would be helpful, as would your adding a new tag to your question so the Exchange folks can see your question. They're the ones who'd have the most information.

Yes I am moving users with Domain from different email provider to office 365 platform. The protocol current provider uses is IMAP. I can do pst migration as well but i want to automate as much as possible.

Microsoft has migration guides for these sorts of things. Here's the one for IMAP to Microsoft 365.

Hi @TalhaAhmed-8531

Yes, like the reply suggested above, we could follow the guide in the offcial document to finish the IMAP migration.

In addition, if you purchase Office 365 tenants with more than 150 licenses, you could engage FastTrack for your migration assistance
