Hi @Ramki-5805

According to your information above, the issue seems to be related to autodiscover, have you checked the Availablity Service URL returned in 'test email autoconfiguration'?
You could share the result running this command, note to clear your personal information.
Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory | fl
Get-ClientAccessService | fl

Do all the users in your orgainzation encounter the on-prem freebusy issue, and where are they located, inside or outside your domain? What's the outlook client version?

You could also use ExRCA tool to help check the Outlook Connecticity and Synchronization, Notification, Availability, and Automatic Replies to get more information

Hi @Ramki-5805

Thanks for providing the information above, here you could try the method below then verify the result again

Disable basic authentication for EWS

Set-WebServicesVirtualDirectory -Identity "EWS (Default Web Site)" -BasicAuthentication $false

And enable -EwsAllowOutlook in organization config

 Set-OrganizationConfig -EwsAllowOutlook $true

Don't forget to restart the Autodiscover Application Pool and the Exchange Web Services Application Pool as well.

 Restart-WebAppPool MSExchangeAutodiscoverAppPool
 Restart-WebAppPool MSExchangeServicesAppPool

Hi @Ramki-5805,

Yes, here is a related thread discussed about this scenario: Outlook does not display free/busy info when booking meetings since we applied KB5000871 on exchange server 2016 on 08-Mar-2021.

This problem is finally resolved myself searching around hard. The issue turns out to be about ewsallowoutlook setting available from set-organizationconfig. In the past, that one is set to nothing or null and it is treated as true by outlook. Now after the update, it is treated as false by outlook. So to resolve the problem, we only need set it explicitly to true.

Am not sure, currently is working with which modification.

i disabled the below

Set-OrganizationConfig -EwsAllowOutlook means its null now

and Basic authentication is True also

Inow free busy is working , but am chcking with non domain machine. and got some time your server is busy. Any different process while obtaining the free busy from the server to domain joined machine and non domain joined machine( Open Internet)?????
