For his company my partner has Microsoft 365 Business software installed a few years ago. There are 3 other employees using this instance. The admin account that has always worked without any problem seems to be dissapeared and the password is not working anymore. hen we ask for a reset of the account is says multiple reasons:
- account doesn't exist
- the pasword can not be reset as this needs to be approved by the admin account
- ......
Does anyone has any ideas how we can solve this, if you call Microsoft there is no answer, long waitinglines and we can not log any ticket as this has to be done with the admin account grrrrrrrrrrr. We are in this loop for a while now and have no idea how to solve this?
