Good afternoon. We have a problem in our wsus, where when approving new updates, they don't download. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Agree with learn2skills, we could using the following ways to troubleshoot this issue:
1.Reset WSUS server "wsusutil /reset" then re-sync.
2. Open the WSUS console from Server Manager and navigate to the Options area.
Select the Server Cleanup Wizard, Run the Server Cleanup Wizard.
3.Decline those updates, then re-approve them.
4.Please check the "download status" in WSUS console:
