issues with some Print Servers after running Windows Updates and installed

Hi All,

I'm having issues with some Print Servers after running Windows Updates and installed
even Microsoft Technical support also couldn't figure it out
This problem caused lot of pain in our environment

2021-09 Servicing Stack Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5005698)
2021-09 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Server 2012 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB5005613)
2021-09 Security Only Quality Update for Windows Server 2012 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB5005627)
2021-09 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5005573)

Hello @rameshallipilli-5304,

Yes, those updates include patches for the PrintNightmare exploit.

All Windows Servers needed to be patched with different KBs to fix a vulnerability involving the printing server service related to unauthorized driver installation.

This has a workaround, or "new way of deploying printers" after the PrintNightmare patch:
