Hi

I have got another public url for Labelling tool from the thread https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/41130/form-recognizer-sampling-tool-unable-to-access-fil.html

Tool Url : samplingtool.azurewebsites.net

And it is working perfectly with the above settings.

Just wanted to know the url is secure https://samplingtool.azurewebsites.net/ ??

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. There are 2 possible reason for it:
1. you need to regenerate a SAS token since it may expire.
2. please check on if your time zone are correct

Please let us know if regeneration not help for this, we can investigate deeper to see more possible scenario.

Regards,
Yutong

Hi YutongTie

Thanks for your response. I didn't find any issue with SAS token and I have tried with multiple token for extended time period. 133605-sas.png

When I click on Save Project button in that tool, as per chrome developer tools 2 requests are send to Azure storage account. First one is successful and another one with HEAD method is failing.

Is there anything related to TimeZone/ Region specific ? The Azure storage account is configured in East-US and we are trying to connect from India.
