I am not a developer, I don't have a CS background, I'm super new to Sharepoint & Outlook.
That said, I'm turning to here to learn how to:
manually execute a command to take data from various fields in SharePoint (i.e. Name, membership number, phone, email, etc.) with one click
and then populate this data into fields in an outlook email template that automatically mails itself out
I learned how to create an email template. I never made fields in an email template but I know it's possible. So there must be some way to send date from specific cells into those fields right? And once those fields are filled put the email auto sends?
If anyone has any guidance, please talk in a way someone without a background make sense of it.
