Change name or make new folder not processing immediately

Dear

I'm using window 10 and just reinstall OS and some software. But i get new situation that below:
- When i create new folder on window, it not made immediately, i need to wait about 3-5 until folder is showded
- Situation the same when i rename or delete foler or file. I need 3-5s before it is processed.
- During when i download form chrome, i can't do anything during download
Who can help me?

Hi there,

Is the Pc updated to the latest 21H1 version and also I would suggest you check with the Process Monitor to see what is causing the issues. If there is antivirus installed try uninstalling and reinstalling them. You can also try this
Restart File explorer.

Press Alt+ctr+Del from Desktop.

Select Task Manager.

Under process tab, locate Windows Explorer.

Right Click Windows Explorer and select End Task.

Now select on File tab and click Run Task.

Type explorer.exe and press ok.

Check if the issue persists.
