EOP has several ways to block domains or IP address what about to block single sender (email address)?Thanks

You mean via Outlook or OWA? Sure, by sender or domain or country , but not IPhttps://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/block-a-mail-sender-b29fd867-cac9-40d8-aed1-659e06a706e4
Yes, the user can use "Block a mail sender". That option is going to synk with the outlook Junk Email folder [only is OWA is activated ] but I couldn't find the option from the user to block also domain or country from EOP.
