@ugodaccardi-8074,

According to my test, I cannot reproduce your issue.

By clicking the file name or opening it in a browser, the QR code in the pdf file will be displayed correctly:

Please help confirm if all pdf files containing QR code occur the same issue.

In addition, please use the sample file to compare the result.

@DAccardiUgoServicesItaly-4641,@ugodaccardi-8074,

What do you mean "the qr code has been entered by an electronic signature software"?

If possible, please provide more details.

We use software to digitally sign and log some documents.
The software generates a QRcode which is inserted into the document.
Just this QRcode is not displayed well.
Exactly as soon as you open the document (by clicking on the file name in SharePoint) for a moment you see it but then it disappears.
If you open it from the 'open' and 'open in browser' menu, you can see it perfectly.
I noticed that the signature validity is unknown:
"Problems with digital certificates: Signer not listed."
I don't know if it depends on it.
Thanks always.

@ugodaccardi-8074,

As you said the issue is more related to digital certificates, which out of our scope, we suggest you ask help for related digital software.
