Hi guy's,

I am bit confuse with the new Windows update KB5005613 that has cripple the printing in our domain.
Since last week Friday, suddenly we couldn't print to our follow me printers, and it looks like that the KB5005613 on the server2012 R2 that is our print server cause this issue.
Removing this update has solve the issue, but this was a temporary solution.
To patch our print server correctly, should we install the KB5005613 on our print server 2012R2 and make sure also KB5005565 is installed on all of Win 10 clients? is this enough? I did check one of the Win 10 machines with KB5005565 and it don't have Print key registry key at all! On the Print server with KB5005613 also don't have the registry keys too!!

Any suggestion?

Hello, by mistake at the end of last month I ran the security patches and did not notice kb5005613 was still included. Do we know if any of the following kb4462197, kb5006714 & kb890830 remediate the problem? This is related to Windows Server 2012 R2. Thank you-
