License issue

Question

We have assigned an M365 E3 unattended license to one of the user accounts associated with the RPA bots for Automation.
But the license doesnt seem to work in the Automation scenario, which is what it is intended for. Attached the screenshot of the error.
Please can you check and support.

Since there is business impact, we have already switched the license from M365 E3 Unattended to the Full M365 E3 license for the user account.

But even then, the account is not able to use the M365 Apps like Excel etc. So as a next step, the office package will be re-installed to see if that would fix the issue.

Usually, you can activate Office by signing in to an O365 licensed account.
It is recommended that you use this licensed account to log in to www.office.com to reinstall Microsoft 365 Apps.
