Loading Folders with Subfolders and Files to the Cloud

When trying to load folders with a collection of subfolders within the main folder to the cloud, none of the files in the subfolders transfers to the cloud. Is there a simplified way to copy the folders, subfolders and associated files without having to complete the transfer individually?

What is your meaning of Cloud in your statement? Do you mean you want to upload local files to OneDrive?
To upload files, could you try to drag the folder to OneDrive like the following picture?
