We're getting large number of reports from end-users in our tenant who can no longer login to other Office 365 apps on their Android phones (apps such as Outlook, Word, Teams, OneDrive, etc) while having Microsoft Authenticator installed. The errors seen depend on the app but vary from a certificate error or login loop. Our only solution has been to instruct folks to migrate off Microsoft Authenticator and uninstall the app. This doesn't work for some users who use Microsoft Authenticator for personal use leaving them without use of Office 365 apps.
Any advice on troubleshooting or where to get support for Microsoft Authenticator would be appreciated.
