Sharing Calendar (free/busy) Exchange 2013 (ex : onprem.com) and Exchange Online (ex : online.com)

Hay Everyone,

I'm having trouble setting up calendar sharing (free/busy) between Exchange 2013 (Onprem) and Exchange Online (Office 365).

Information :
User A is using Exchange Online O365.
User B is using Exchange Server 2013.
The domains between Office 365 and Exchange Server 2013 are different.

I did an experiment sharing calendar (free/busy) between User A and User B.

On Exchange Server 2013 :
- Federation Trust has been formed.
- Relationship organization has been added.

On Exchange Online (Office 365) :
- Relationship organization has been added.

Results :
- User A (Onprem) cannot see the sharing calendar (free/busy) User B (O365).
- User B (O365) can see the sharing calendar (free/busy) User A (Onprem)

So I think the problem is in the settings on the Exchange Server 2013 side which causes calendar sharing (free/busy) to not work.
I tried to check using "Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer" and got the test results as in the below
133792-rcatestresult-1-1.xml
Is there something missing from my setup in Exchange 2013?
Please advise, thank you.

Sorry I had an error for the results section.
Results :

- User A (O365) cannot see the sharing calendar (free/busy) User B (Onprem).
- User B (Onprem) can see the sharing calendar (free/busy) User A (O365).

Hi @Irvanda

Your issue seems to be related to the on-prem 2013 server. Firstly, you could check if your steps are correct comparing with this article: Step-by-Step guide to create federated sharing between on-premises Exchange 2013 and Office 365 Organization. It also mentioned that: But I have notice sometime you need to restart IIS on on-premises exchange 2013 CAS to get this working.
Please Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.

Then we could use the official troubleshooting guide here to narrow down the issue as well: Troubleshoot free/busy issues in Exchange hybrid environment

And according to the analysis results, I want to check the below information:

 Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory | Format-List
 Get-OutlookProvider |fl name,*cert*

Please also check if there is any related application log recorded in event viewer.
