How do I set a flow to send an email when a SPECIFIC event starts in google calendar?

As the question asks. I want to send an email when a specific event starts in google calendar. I haven't worked out how to write up a trigger so that, for example, the email sends ONLY when the event "test" starts in my google calendar.
