CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED Windows 10 doesn't boot

Hello Community.
133887-cbs.log133898-dismrepairlogfile.txt
Since today I have very big poblems. My windows 10 device doesn't start. I get the error CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED.

I tried to start the device in safe mode, but ran also in this mode
In the troubleshooting options i ran sfc /scannnow, but didn't help
Also a restore of the recoverypoint in this maintenance mode didn't help.

Need urgent help. How can this problem be solved?

I have some logfiles that may help to solve this issue.

Let me confirm, are you able to boot into Safe Mode?
Since when this problem started?
Have you download or installed any programs before this problem started?

Find a flash drive that you can format.

Find a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures and post images into this thread.

For any problems posting images please use share links: one drive, drop box, or google drive

On a working computer create a bootable Sea Tools flash drive:

Post images of results for the long generic and SMART tests.

Hello @RamonLustrati-2189,

This error occurs due to the missing or corrupted system files. Try booting the Pc using the Installation Disc.

After the installation, restart your PC

Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Settings → Restart.

Then enter into the safe mode using 3 options being mentioned either with prompt or network or in general.

After restarting using the safe mode, check for the errors in the drivers.

Use Win+x to enter Device manager, the check for the faulty drivers. and try reinstalling it.

Do follow up the below thread, where the solution for a similar problem is discussed
