CNAME Azure DNS records limit

Hi, I am developing multitenant web application and want to know if there is any limit on CNAME records for one Azure DNS domain.
I want to achieve that subdomains like *.myapp.com are leading to my web application. Problem is that I want to host web application on more locations and servers.
In documentation is limit for Record sets per public DNS zone 10,000 records.

Does this apply to all types of DNS records in DNS domain?
