Can we enroll Windows 10 laptops after it is synced to Azure AD and will it show in onprem AD under devices as currently they are not in our domain joined and they are in workgroup?

What does this mean? After "what" is synced to AAD? And synced from "where"?
Enrolling in Intune has nothing to do with your on-prem AD -- they are completely unrelated and independent.
Hi @Jason Sandys , After sync from on prem AD to Azure AD via Azure AD Connect tool so can we see those devices in our on prem AD under devices or is there any special requirements?
If they are in a workgroup though, they don't exist in AD or AAD so where are they syncing from? Also, there is no sync from AAD to AD for device objects -- the only possibility is device writeback but that's not truly a sync.
Can you please take a step back and explain exactly what your scenario is and challenge(s) you are trying to address because the question, as posed, is not valid?
Hi @Jason Sandys , Yes they are in workgroup and we want them to enroll in Intune so after enrolling into Intune can we sync them to on prem AD or not if yes then how to do it and what is requirement for that or is there any specific thing we need to follow?

@Vinod Survase , Just as Jason mentioned, the possible method we can try is to write back the devices to a single forest. Here is a link for the reference:

Hi @Crystal-MSFT , Thanks for reply on this. As I checked this docs and it says we need "A subscription to Azure AD Premium is required for device writeback. " for this. If we do not enable device writeback then can we manage devices from Intune or not as I understand for sync we need to have Azure AD premium license but for managing them we don't required licenses right?

Actually no, that's not my recommendation here at all.
As noted, please describe your scenario and what your challenge is?
Also as noted, Intune has nothing to do with AD so there's no such thing as syncing from Intune to AD.
Why do you want these devices in your on-prem AD?
