I was in process of creating a marketing campaign when it suddenly launched. I never saw any notifications even asking me to validate the campaign. Still, it has gone out repeatedly, in a loop, over 300,000 emails and counting. I looked into my Campaigns and as I never officially launched one, it doesn't see it. My own tech support has been slow to help, saying it's a known issue. I need to stop this campaign at once!
