can owner of the Azure AD dynamic group edit its rules

Hi,
As I see, the owner of the Azure AD dynamic group cannot edit its rule. Unless it has [Global administrator, Group administrator, Intune administrator, or User administrator role in the Azure AD organization.][1]

Is this considered to be changed in the future?

    This is by design and only with an account can edit dynamic group rules that is in the Global administrator, Group administrator, Intune administrator, or User administrator role in the Azure AD organization not Group Owner. I'd recommend create a feature request by leveraging our User Voice forum so our engineering team can look into implemented this.
