I need to delete a blocked by mfa azure account

Hello, - sorry my english is so poor- the access to the Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) of my organization “xxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com “ is blocked because I can't sign as the administrator user “xxxxx@xxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com” with the app ms autheticator o via sms code to the phone.

I have been practicing with MS-600 labs with MFA in azure active directory and I have made some mistakes that have blocked the account, I think that is not possible to reverse this situation. So I have decided to delete the azure account althought now I can´t access to the azure portal.

I would appreciate any help and/or explanation with which I could delete this azure account.

Greetings.

Hi @dcmacias-5200 • Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, if you can't sign-in to Azure Account, you will not be able to delete it. The only option you have is to open a support ticket. They will then engage the Data Protection team, who will require some evidence that will prove your ownership to the Azure Account and unblock you.

As you can't access the Azure portal, you need to call at the customer service number for your country/region.

Also, please go through Manage emergency access accounts in Azure AD to configure break-glass account so that, going forward, you don't lock yourself out.
