I’m hoping that someone can guide me. My employer has advised me that they want me to get Microsoft Office Certification on both the Specialist level and the expert level on a number of the Microsoft Office applications.
Although I’m an advanced user on many of them… Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel…. I’m not sure that knowing how to use them is going to be the same as being able to “pass certification tests” on them.
Can anyone suggest tools or resources to use that will allow me to prepare myself for these? Also if there are practice tests that I can take, so I have a sense as to if it’s more applying my skills or knowing the hundreds of shortcuts?
Also, they want me to test out of Access on the expert level….. which I haven’t used in 10+ years and we don’t even use at our company. So needing a resource to get hands on training for that.
