Why does my server keep rebooting?

Just provisioned a new NV vm and have Windows 2016 std. When go to RDP the server shuts down almost immediately.

    Hello @Ari Robinson

    1. Please disable any Antivirus or firewall if you have for temporary.
    2. Please check if there is any third party application at startup and try to disable it from startup.
    3. Please disable network card and see if it works without network and does not reboot.
    4. Please try to boot in safe mode and see if any non Microsoft Services on Auto startup.
    5. Please run sfc scan and chdsk for OS drive.
    6. Uninstall any last update applied to this server.
