Delete Recovery partition to expact Sys Volume

Hey,
I need to add more disk space to my sys volume that pesky Recovery partition is in the way...
How do I remove the Recovery partition safely so I expact my Primary volume with the 5GB free space?

This is Server 2012... same procedure I guess.
I like the diskpart option, will try that.
