How to Import .mbox into Office 365?

I have 5GB of .mbox file that I had exported from Mozilla Thunderbird. Can I access the data in Microsoft Office 365 suite?
Is there any option available to import MBOX to Office 365?

Hi @BobDenver-8480

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Open Specifications Support. It appeared your question is not related to the Open Specification Protocols outlined here https://aka.ms/openspecs, I am removing [openspecs-office] and changing it to [not-supported]

Never-the-less, I found a post that might answer your question https://www.shoviv.com/blog/how-to-import-mbox-to-outlook/

Hello Bob

Sorry, I guess there is no such option to upload .mbox file into Office 365. You can even transfer Outlook .pst file data in Office 365. As MBOX is not related to Outlook data base.

However, like Hung mentioned you can choose alternate approaches as well. There are various topics and tutorials available to migrate MBOX emails to Office 365.
