Create email custom attribute

I'm using Azure b2c custom policies on my tenant, and I want to create a custom attribute for the email field. When a new registration triggers, the email should be stored in the user contact info section. Please, check the image below.

I have followed the documents below, but the examples are not easily understood by someone who does not have much experience with XML.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/user-flow-custom-attributes?pivots=b2c-custom-policy
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/user-profile-attributes

Thanks a lot!

Hi @GeorgeChrysovalantisGrammatikos-8518 , is there a reason why you're using custom policies at the moment? Email is a default AAD attribute. If you don't need any custom fields you may want to hold off on custom policies for now. Please let me know and I can help you further.

Best,
James

Hi James,

Thank you for your response. I need to use custom policies because some extra data evaluations are not available in user flows.

Regards,
George
