Outlook Mobile App is not loading new emails

We are experiencing multiple users who are not receiving new emails to their Outlook mobile App. This is happening in both iOS and Android. The issue may have to do with authentication. The only solution so far is to delete and re-add the account. Anyone else experiencing this?
