Scom Discovery not submitting the discovery instance to DB

Actually we have one big Discovery to create multiple instances and its sub instances also. Where as we need to discovery server hardware.
for Example. Our Discovery script discovered all the server hardware instances and subcomponents for one appliance.
But in second Appliance we have very huge instance data so our discovery script is not submitting the data to DB. So we are unable to see it on Scom console.

When we dump the property bag... we saw the one appliance scom discover instance size is 2.5MB and other Appliance scom data size is 51MB.

currently we are using $OpMgr.Return(DiscoveryObject) can we submit data in iterative way..is there any samaples available.
