Windows 10 Kiosk with Edge 93 with domain authentication

Setting up kiosk on domain enrolled computer with domain user to show intranet site with Windows authentication.
If --edge-fullscreen key used, Edge demands user name and password.
If there no --edge-fullscreen key, Edge successfully authenticate user with buit-in Windows authentication and does not show user name and password window on start up.
If Edge started without that key, user can close assigned access application or create new desktop using gestures.
Is it a bug or what? Why?
How to setup kiosk mode without user login window?
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-configure-kiosk-mode is not clear about this behavior.
Windows 20H2, Edge 93.

Hi @mclabman

Do you mean when you run Edge kiosk mode with this flag --edge-kiosk-type=fullscreen then it shows the Windows authentication window?
If so, I think it's reasonable. Because with this flag, Edge browser will run in InPrivate mode, certainly it will ask for username and password.

If you don't want to display the Windows authentication window, I suggest that you remove the --edge-kiosk-type=fullscreen flag, so that Edge browser won't run in InPrivate mode and will auto login. Only using the --kiosk flag can also use Edge in full screen kiosk mode.
