Dear Sir/Madam,

Since years ago, I have not login to my Microsoft Certification Transcript , I have MC ID, Transcript ID, Access Code, email address but I couldn't login to my account. I have attached my Microsoft transcript for your information.

Please let us know how can I recover my account.
