What problem are you seeing? A mailbox doesnt need an X500 address in most scenarios except for specific cases.
Gathering the items for an X500 address
I have read a number of posts on issues with not having an X500 address in certain circumstances, and I have a problem that relates to a mailbox that doesnt have an X500 address
Where do I go to get the parts that make up the X500 adress?
- Would Get-ExchangeServer PS command have the fields in its response to assemble the X500, if so which ones
- Does ADSI Edit have the necassary information. I queried 3 users in ADSI Edit and none have an X500 address to use as an example
In what order do I assemble them?
Please help.

There is absolutely no requirement that you add an X500 Address to a mailbox. Its only really needed when a mailbox is moved to another forest or its legacyExchangeDN attribute has changed because it has been mailbox-disabled and mailbox enabled in Exchange as a completely new mailbox.
It used so that outlook clients can reply to the cached directory object in Outlook of the previous LegacyExchangeDN value and the messages can be delivered to the new/moved mailbox. If you seeing a NDR from clients and you think you need to add a X500 address to the mailbox that is generating the NDR, you can construct the X500 Address from that NDR
