uwp project becomes black and unresponsive after run

Question

Suddenly after couple of projects running smoothly, now after running any project (blank app(universal windows))
it runs black and unresponsive.

first the project would be like this (doesn't matter which project on my pc) :

after running it will show it as black and unresponsive:

and than the grid will stay black forever like this:

does anybody have any clue to what's causing it? thanks

i should mention it is visual studio 2019 community

at first i thought you meant for the dark mode inside visual studio, but then figured out you meant for the dark mode in my pc settings.
changed to light mode, and the unresponsiveness with the change disappeared.
