subscription issues

Hi There,

I've signed up for the annual subscription and paid.
I can't download any of the apps. Can't update anything, just get asked for more money.

Please explain when your email states I can use it within an hour and this doesn't seem to be the case.
I can't allocate user permissions as the system just loops to godaddy email then back again.

I can't open 365 admin page.
I can't find a product key. Does this get sent in the 24hrs after I've paid, even though the first email says I can use the products?

I keep going in circles and getting no where other than very frustrated with a system that used to be simple.

I would like a clear answer and not a link to a website that I have already been through that doesn't help or answer any questions.

I have subscribed.
I need a product key to download all the apps.
Then I can follow all the allocation of permissions instructions.
Completing this email question form is a paid. Wont let me chose my own question and the tags are ridiculous.

Thank you.

Yours, highly frustrated and have wasted 2hrs,

Sarah Brookman

    Hi @Patrick Brookman

Can you tell use the exact version of Office365 you bought? (Home, Enterprise, Business, Education) and which edition (Family, Personal, E1, E3, E5, F3...)

Than I would open a browser "In private" (or incognito) and go to https://www.office.com/?auth=2 then login on the portal using the exact same email address you got the confirmation order on.

Depending the plan and the permission you have, you can also try to access this link: https://portal.office.com/account

--I hope this helps. Please Accept it as an answer and "Up-Vote" the answer or message(s) that helped you so that it can help others in the community looking for help on similar topics

    Regards,

    Hi Sarah,

As didier3001 said, what version of Microsoft 365 did you bought? Please go to your Microsoft 365 portal to check your Subscriptions and License.

Generally, to manage your subscription or install Office, you need to go to www.office.com with the account and click "Install Office" option to download the installation content instead of using a product key.

If you purchased a Microsoft 365 for business plan and you have admin permissions, you may access to the admin center with your work or school account. When you still could not open admin center after satisfying the above conditions, it's best to check your network, or disable proxy when there is. Besides, please contact for business products by online support or phone support.
