Not able to open the IRM protected excel file in SharePoint online

Hi,
We have a IRM enabled document library in SharePoint.
Recently we are facing issue while accessing some of the excel files
Error: We couldn't open this workbook because it's protected with information rights management (irm)
These files were accessible earlier?
What might be the reasons behind this issue?

Hi @PrakashMadhuri-5699

if you are so sure, if you are getting an excel issue with IRM on the SharePoint site, please disable IRM on the affected SharePoint site and then check the excel issue, please let me know what you have concluded,
