msgraph-changenotifications-trackchanges: Tutorial Sample work only with .Net2.2 (live branch).

The sample code and Modification as written in the Tutorial msgraph-changenotifications-trackchanges doesn't work.
It works only in the live branch not the actual master or default branch.
So sample is bound to .Net2.2..

The new code sample + project settings are should work with .Net 5.0.

Please tell which modification should be done to get it work with newer version, I tried .Net3.0 , 3.1, 5.0 but nothing worked with the master branch project.

Can anyone write the necessary modification to get it runable as shown in the tutorial with the master-branch?
