    There’s various options to do content searches or (advanced) ediscovery within Microsoft 365, including OneDrive for Business. The available functionality will depend on what licenses you have, and you can find an overview of the various options here. All of this starts in the Microsoft 365 Compliance Admin Center, which you can find at https://compliance.microsoft.com.
