I'm looking for useful advice on sorting out an Azure login problem - very annoyed not to get basic help via support pages without forking out 200+ euros (bus. support).
Despite using my account recently via the Portal recently or with Terraform, I went back to step 0 to prepare for an AZ-900 (booked for Wednesday)/AZ-104 exam.
Failing to enable the Sandbox in learn MS I decided to just use the Portal anyway.
I had password problems to login (1st sign - should have been the Authenticator !!), I changed password and could then log in.
But despite the correct e-mail this is not the account I was using just 2 hours previously - no activity, no billing etc.
Sort of a phantom account.
It seems like an e-mail login (same as a user) is not a unique identifier?
Maybe due to my azure@<my-domain> e-mail address - I use other e-mails with MS at that domain.
Such a basic problem, just looking to consume ...
(Another service provider gave me $1000+ credits and I've spent several mutliples with them providing Terraform + Kube trainings ... you understand my frustration).
Note: I saw a post about personal / work account - I've previously been prompted for both at login ... now I am just propose the one account wih "Use another account" (but still no personal/work option).
