Renaming Multiple DHCP scopes at once

I have been tasked with renaming multiple DHCP scopes to follow a proper naming convention.
At the moment, we have a jumble of names and we want to make then uniform e.g. XX-XXX-Devices where XX = State and XXX = Site.

Is there a way to rename almost 700 DHCP scopes at once and not break anything?
I have already run a PS script to export all current scopes with ID and names, have a list to work from.

Thank you
