Hi @Federico Coppola ,
Exchange server doesn't handle externalcompany.com domain, only company.com
Could the internal mailbox send messages normally to external email address? Please first ensure that you have created a send connector to send the messages to Internet in your organization.
all emails incoming in sales@mathieu.company .com and I have to forward to user@externalcompany.com
In order to meet it, we could create a Mail Contact with the address of user@externalcompany.com, and set the forwarding in sales@mathieu.company .com's mailbox. Here are the detailed steps:
- Create the Mail contact(in EAC>Recipient>Contact>New>Mail Contact>create the contact with the external address):
- Set the autoforward for user mailbox(Recipient>Mailbox>edit the sales@mathieu.company .com's mailbox>mailbox features>Mail Flow>View details>Enable forwarding>choose contact>check/uncheck the option below to control if the messages are also sent to the original mailbox.):
Hope that would be helpful to you.
