WSL2 can not start

When I input bash from the CMD window, a series of question marks are returned, and I can't enter the Linux system. It was always available before.

    It's probably a mismatch between the code page and font used by your PowerShell session. It may also my be that the current culture setting is wrong.

    What had you done previously to make the characters intelligible?
