Hello,

I'm just wondering if I can get some help here. I have a employee directory setup and out of the blue we are getting the message "We're not sure we understood your query, so the results might not be what you were looking for."

In the webpart on the webpage, we have the following set for the "change query" option

{searchboxquery} contentclass=spspeople -accountname:spo* -PreferredName:"Foreign Principal" -Department:”Board*” -Department:”exstaff” -“SPS-HideFromAddressLists”:1 -accountname:account* -SPS-UserType:0 -accountname:it* -accountname:administrator* -accountname:*onmicrosoft.com -Department:”administrator” -accountname:support* -accountname:veeam* -Department:Sadmin

Can someone please tell me where I may be going wrong?

Cheers
