I'm trying to complete account setup for my new Xbox. I've created a new Microsoft account and entered the product key - all ok. But this is as far as I can go and cannot access apps.
The error message I keep getting reads as follow:
Sorry, we can't set up your account right now
Hang on to your product key, and try again later.
If this happens again, contact support.

I've tried re-entering my details several times but without any success. I'd be grateful for your help/guidance to resolve the problem
