Specific Named Entity Recogntition Categories

The NER feature for Text Analytics returns a broad list of categories, one of them being Products. I'm trying to build an API which ingests product information which finds names of textile materials in the content. An example would be a review for a pair of shoes, and the material being leather.

Can Text Analytics pick up specific product categories like textile materials, or fruit, or breeds of dog for example?

I'm aware that custom training sets are currently unsupported but I wasn't sure if the Product category would suffice.

    Hi, based on the current documentation, only computing products can be returned for Product Category.
