Compailing sass/scss files on outlook add-in

Hi guys
I have a react outlook add-in app.
currently, we are linking ./src/taskpane.css to our taskpane.html template, and we want to use scss instead.
How can I import scss files to my project? I used to import it to my main JS file, but now I'm not sure how to link it to my html template.
