Visual Studio 2019 "Installer has Stopped Working" error

Whenever i run Visual studio installer 2019, it always say: "Visual studio installer has stopped working"
I've try many different things to fix it and it sil displaying this error, any help?
I am using windows 7 pro 64-bit

    Your device needs to meet these system requirements to install VS2019.

    We need your help to collect setup logs. Please download and run the collect.exe tool, then find the vslog.zip file in the %temp% folder(C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Temp), upload it to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.(Please select Visible to the original poster & Microsoft option if you collect the log file and want to post the link as/in a comment)
