does anybody know the source (url) from where evergreen Webview2 runtime is updated? Our software runs in network with specific settings and we need to be sure, that update source will be reachable.

According to your description, I think you don’t need to worry about this problem, because in the Evergreen distribution mode, the WebView2 Runtime isn’t packaged with your app, but is initially installed onto clients using an online bootstrapper or an offline installer. Afterwards, the WebView2 Runtime is automatically updated on client machines.
However, IT admin might choose to prevent automatic updating of the WebView2 Runtime. The resulting outdated Runtime on the client might cause compatibility issues with your updated WebView2 app. In this case, make sure that you know the minimum build number of the WebView2 Runtime that is required by your app.
