My pc doesn't have the whitesmoke rgb color in library

I am using vs code and trying to learn web development. I have tried to use #f5f5f5 the whitesmoke rgb color and there were no difference with the original white. How can i solve that problem, other pc's show that color properly but in my pc i can't see the color whitesmoke i only can see it as white. Using windows 10.

Maybe you should calibrate your hardware? Go to Windows Settings, then type into Search box something like “Color” or “Calibrate”. You will find certain settings such as “Colour filters”, “Calibrate display colours”, “Change the current colour profile”. Perhaps some of these settings will help.
